Booking Policies

1. Maximum Pax

- Upon arriving at the store only the number of pax included in the package are allowed inside the studio. Only those who indicated add-ons in their packages will be accommodated. 
- Each individual is considered 1 pax in a group.

2. Late Policy

- Please arrive on time!
- We have a 15 minute grace period for your slot.
- If you arrive later than the grace period, your slot will be subject to downgrading of shoot time and online selection of prints. Your prints will also be ready on a later date.
-Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up for your scheduled session. No refunds will be made.  

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

- You may reschedule your slot for free after your payment has been made but only until the lock-in period of 4 days before your slot. 
- A rescheduling fee (50% of your package excluding add-ons) will be charged should you wish to reschedule your slot after the lock-in period takes effect. 

- No rescheduling with rescheduling fee allowed after your confirmed slot has passed. Please inform the studio immediately BEFORE your session if you wish to reschedule your slot.

- You can only reschedule with rescheduling fee once (1). Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up on your confirmed rescheduled slot. Kindly purchase a new package should you wish to reschedule again after your confirmed rescheduling date. 

4. Refund Policy

- No refunds or free rescheduling within the lock in period of 4 days before your reserved time slot.
- No refunds for additional pax and pet once booking is confirmed.
- For refunds made before the lock-in period, a service fee (5% of your package excluding add-ons) will be deducted from your balance.

 

5. Pet Policy

- For customers with pets, please take care of them inside the studio. We require pets to wear a leash and diapers. If none, please carry them at all times.
- There is a PHP500 cleaning fee if your pets litter inside the studio.
- If you notice that your pets are causing disturbance to other clients, please bring them outside of the studio until they have calmed down.
