Refund Policy

• No refunds or free rescheduling within the lock in period of 4 days before your reserved time slot.
• For refunds made before the lock in period, a service fee (5% of your package excluding add-ons) will be deducted from your balance.
• Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up for your scheduled session.
