Booking Policies (2025-)
These updated booking policies will be applied to all bookings for 2025- onwards.
1. Number of Pax
- Only the number of pax booked will be allowed inside the studio.
- Each person counts as 1 pax, including children aged 1 and up.
- Up to 2 non-participating companions are allowed inside during your session.
- ATOMM QC can accommodate up to 11 pax per session.
2. Late Policy
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time!
- There’s a 15-minute grace period for your slot.
- If you arrive late, your shoot time may be shortened — your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- Let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.
- No-shows will result in forfeiting your slot with no refunds.
3. Rescheduling
- Need to move your slot? You may reschedule once for a ₱600 fee, valid within 3 months from your original session date.
- Not valid for older packages or bookings made with promos/discounts.
- Further reschedules will also require a fee.
- Please inform us at least 12 hours before your session.
- Requests made within 2–12 hours may be considered, but are not guaranteed.
4. Refunds
- No refunds will be issued within 4 days of your session.
- Additional pax and pet add-ons are also non-refundable once booked.
- If you cancel earlier, we can offer a refund minus a 5% service fee (to cover processing).
- For emergencies, we’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis with valid proof.
- Bookings made with discounts/promos are not eligible for refunds.
5. Pet Policy
- Pets must wear a leash and diapers or be carried at all times inside the studio.
- A ₱500 cleaning fee applies if your pet litters indoors.
- If your pet becomes restless, we may ask that they wait outside until they’re calm.
- Any damage caused to the studio by pets will be charged accordingly.
ATTENTION: If you have an older ATOMM gift certificate, we’d still love to honor it! Just message us before booking and we’ll assist you.
