Booking Policies (2025-)
These updated booking policies will be applied to all bookings for 2025- onwards.
NOTICE: Phased-out gift certificates will still be honored. Please reach out to us before booking, and we will be happy to assist you!
1. Maximum Pax
- Upon arriving at the store, only the number of pax included in the package are allowed inside the studio.
- Each individual is considered 1 pax in a group.
- Children who are 1 year old and above will be counted as 1 pax.
- ATOMM Alabang can accommodate up to 15 pax and ATOMM QC can accommodate up to 11 pax.
2. Late Policy
- Please arrive on time!
- We have a 15-minute grace period for your slot.
- If you arrive later than the grace period, your shoot time will be reduced by the delay, and the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- Please inform us immediately if you think you are going to be late so necessary arrangements can be made. Informing us may allow for slight flexibility in the grace period, subject to availability.
- Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up for your scheduled session. No refunds will be made.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
- You may reschedule your slot once (1) for free after your payment has been made. The free rescheduling pass will be honored within 3 months starting from the date of your original session. (This is not applicable for old ATOMM packages such as ATOMM SOLO, ATOMM7, ATOMM15, ATOMM30, and ATOMM ONE)
- Subsequent reschedules will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
- Please inform the studio as soon as possible (at least 12 hours before the start of your scheduled session) if you wish to reschedule your booking. Requests made within 2-12 hours may be considered but are not guaranteed.
- Your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up for your scheduled session. No refunds will be made.
- For rescheduled bookings, your slot will be forfeited if you do not show up on your confirmed rescheduled slot. Kindly purchase a new package should you wish to reschedule again.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds within the lock-in period of 4 days before your confirmed booking.
- No refunds for additional pax and pets once booking is confirmed.
- For refunds made before the lock-in period, a service fee (5% of your package excluding add-ons) will be deducted from your balance. This service fee covers administrative and processing costs.
- Exceptions to the no-refund policy within the lock-in period may be considered for emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies) with valid proof, subject to management approval.
5. Pet Policy
- For customers with pets, please take care of them inside the studio. We require pets to wear a leash and diapers. If none, please carry them at all times.
- There is a PHP500 cleaning fee if your pets litter inside the studio. This fee ensures professional cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
- If your pets are causing disturbances to other clients, please bring them outside of the studio until they have calmed down.
- Clients will be held responsible for any damages caused by their pets to studio property. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
